As well as completing her IAYT yoga therapist credentials, Josie is a certified mindfulness facilitator and yoga teacher with experience working with children, teens, and adults of all ages. Josie is also a somatic life coach with Level 2 iRest teacher in meditation and yoga nidra, trauma sensitive yoga training, and a Somatic Experiencing (intermediate) student
